I’m happy to hear you are going to *hopefully* be having some fun for a change. Large social gatherings can be kinda overwhelming/daunting/intimidating/stressful/fillintheblank …but they can also be really fun, and a lot less threatening than they may seem at first.

I hope you get to trick or treat! I feel like trick-or-treating is very sadly a dying tradition ….

and maybe you could trick or treat and hang with your parents? some time here some time there, halloween only comes but once a year :)
